About Scooter


I am Scooter Lowrimore (Scooter the Shooter), a Seattle based photographer. My photography covers a broad range of subjects from creative portraiture and weddings to architecture and product shots. My work has been featured in the MotoItalic Gallery in Berlin and Pixels at An Exhibition.
I am a graduate of The Institute of Photography and a member of the Professional Photographers of America.

My work includes projects with Warner Brothers, Starbucks, The University of Washington, and both portrait and environmental work locally with Seattle University, Seattle Academy, and The City of Renton, as well as several nonprofit organizations.

I'm an avid fan of fun, not a fan of the word no, and usually hopped up on caffeine. I am so passionate about both photography and people that when we get together for a portrait, your wedding, or even just a headshot, it all just comes together magically, and the end result is both a wonderful experience and inspiring photographs you'll treasure forever.

I also own and operate Dreampop Studio, a 1000 sq ft photography studio with both hourly rent and membership availability.

I'm a scuba diver, Vespa rider, and I make duct tape wallets. I live in a turn-of-the-century homeon Capitol Hill in Seattle with my awesome partner Tim (going on 18 years!), a little white furry dog named "Bart", and four diva chickens: Barbra Streisand, Liza Minelli, Deborah Harry, and Lady Gaga.
